The blood of Jesus: what was paid for you?

(September 13, 2026, Martin) Pastor Adrián Šesták opens up the theme of the power in the blood of Jesus and explains everything that was paid for us through Jesus’ sacrifice.

The blood of Jesus isn’t just a religious symbol. It is the foundation of a victorious life. In this episode you’ll find out why it isn’t enough just to know about it, and why it’s important to understand what it does in our lives, to speak about it and to build our everyday life on it.

Pastor Adrián talks about how through the blood of Jesus we have been redeemed, have forgiveness of sins, can be cleansed from the past and justified before God. The blood of Jesus also sets us apart for God and gives us the ability to live freely and victoriously, even in the environment we find ourselves in.

He also explains the difference between forgiveness and cleansing. A person can be forgiven and still carry guilt, trauma, unforgiveness or the consequences of the past. But the blood of Jesus brings cleansing of the mind, emotions, memories and our whole life.

This sermon is also a challenge to reject stagnation and stop just getting by. God doesn’t want us to stay at one level. He wants us to move forward, live in victory and make use of everything that has been given to us through Jesus Christ.
